  2. When completed, you can also print out this file if you want hard copy.
  3. (Or, you can load the completed worksheet file into your word processor
  4. program and reformat it any way you wish, before printing it out using
  5. your word processor software.)

  7.                   INSTRUCTIONS FOR EDITING WORKSHEET

  10.   1.  Use the Up or Down cursors (arrow keys) or space bar to scroll
  11. the text displayed up or down, or the Tab and Backspace keys for paging
  12. through.  Press <Esc> when you are ready to either exit from this rou-
  13. tine, save your worksheet on disk, or print the worksheet.
  14.  
  15.   2.  Note that the message "EDIT THIS? " will appear in front of a
  16. blank line that can be edited.  When it does, you have 3 choices--make
  17. an editing change for that line, add a new line or delete the line.
  18. (You may insert a new line anywhere you wish, however.)  Select one
  19. of the following:
  20.  
  21.      (a) Press <Enter> if you wish to edit the line.  As soon as you
  22.          do so, a copy of the same line will appear immediately below
  23.          it, on which you can begin inputting your editing changes.
  24.          Press the <Enter> key again when you are finished writing
  25.          over that line. (Or press the <ESC> key to cancel any
  26.          changes you may have started to make to that line.)
  27.  
  28.      (b) Press the "+" sign key to add (insert) another line
  29.          immediately below the line preceded by the "" marker,
  30.          if you need more space for writing. (You can also insert
  31.          a new line even if the marker isn't visible.)
  32.  
  33.      (c) Press the "-" sign key to delete a line preceded by
  34.          a "" marker.
  35.  
  36.      (d) Press the F2 (function) key if you wish to "undo" the last
  37.          line you have edited or deleted in the worksheet.
